Position: Program Manager
Current Residence: Port Orange, FL
Hometown: Deltona, FL
About Me:

I was born and raised in Deltona Florida and served in the Army for 6 years, deploying to Somalia for “Operation Restore Hope”, Egypt for “Brightstar 94” and Haiti for “Operation Uphold Democracy”.  After leaving the service, I spent 2 years as a Probation Officer in Gainesville, GA before returning to my roots in Florida.

I attended Daytona Beach Community College and served as the National Emergency Grant Coordinator for the One-Stop Career Center, Center for Business Excellence, to provide recovery assistance after the 2004 hurricanes.  After the grant ended, I became a Welfare Transition Case Manager and then Assistant to the One-Stop Career Center Program Manager.

In July 2007, I was hired by NCPRS as a Program Manager, a wonderful career move.  Not only do I love my job, I love the staff, our customers, and the opportunity to work again with the military. I also work with our wonderful Race Against Drugs Spokespersons, and the Boys and Girls Clubs.  Everyone I work with, in some way, touches the lives of our future.  What a WONDERFUL feeling.  I look forward to meeting and working with you.  If you ever need anything, please do not hesitate to contact me.

The difference between the possible and impossible lies in a person’s determination.—Tommy Lasorda
