Line Art and Essay Contest

This contest is open to kids age 14 and under. All winners' artwork will be published in the Activity Book and recognized on the NCPRS website (www.ncprs.org). Drawings will be judged on clarity, originality and theme. Essays will be judged on creativity, originality and relevance.  See rules and contest guidelines for additional information.
