Has sung the National Anthem: at St. Pete Times Forum for the Tampa Bay Lightning, Spring Training for the Atlanta Braves, Philadelphia Phillies, Toronto Blue Jays, and Detroit Tigers at Disney’s Wide World of Sports, at the Citrus Bowl for the 2010 Orlando Monster Jam from winning a competition on Real Radio 104.1, for the UCF Knights Baseball Season, and many other performances.
Toured:
- With a National Touring Theatre Company called THE SOURCE, sponsored by Planned Parenthood as a Professional Actress/Musician for five years, doing 45-minute plays about anything ranging from Teen Pregnancy, Teen Bullying, Addiction/Overdose prevention/awareness, HIV prevention/awareness, and sharing your feelings. “Real-Life, Real Theatre.”
- Her high school choir A’Cappella group for 16 days in Italy and Austria; had a solo in the church Mozart grew up in as a child on her 16th birthday in 2004.
- To Carnegie Hall under the direction of Dr. David Brunner, who is the current Choral Director at the University of Central Florida.
Lauren is in her second year of participating in the Miss University of Central Florida Scholarship Pageant, sponsored by Miss America, and supporting Children’s Miracle Network. She hopes to implement her work with RAD and THE SOURCE to use as her platform for the competition this February 2011. She was Miss Congeniality and sold the MOST Ads for the program booklet February 2010.
Community Involvement: Along with RAD and THE SOURCE, Lauren spends her time with her greek organization, Kappa Alpha Theta, in which they sponsor CASA, which stands for Court Appointed Special Advocates, bringing light to children who need a volunteer to research and stand up for the individuals in court to provide the best possible, unbiased situation for the rest of their lives. Lauren donates to the Lung Association, Kidney Foundation, and LaurensKids.org; an organization by Lauren Book against Sexual Abuse.
Ultimate Goals: Lauren would like to use her musical/entertainment talents to provide confidence in people to decide to charge their goals full throttle without drugs and to stay healthy and happy and believe in their most outlandish dreams.
Important Qualities to Exceed in Life: “Be Polite to everyone, especially people you don’t know. Whether it’s at the McDonald’s Drive-Thru, to the toll booth man who doesn’t seem to be having a great day, and everywhere in between. You never know how you could change someone’s life, especially everyday people who make things happen.”

Additional Information: Lauren Chase plays guitar and piano, and writes her own music. She has been a host for local television programs and has been in commercials such as Macy’s, and ColdStone Creamery. She has worked on films such as Marley & Me, Sex Drive, and Up in the Air, and television shows such as Burn Notice.
