| About Me: |
I am the Director of Evaluation and Research at the National Center for Prevention & Research Solutions (NCPRS). I hold a Master of Arts degree from the University of Central Florida specializing in communication research with an emphasis on designing qualitative, quantitative, and ethnographic research studies. Additionally, I am certified by The Evaluators’ Institute at George Washington University (July, 2008) in both Applied Regression Analysis and in Designing, Managing, and Analyzing Multi-Site Evaluations.
My career in adolescent research began in 1999, where I was a Senior Interviewer on the truth® Campaign. Since then, I have worked on gathering data, assessing data, translating material, and disseminating for the Welfare to Work Survey (WAGES) and the Florida Highway Patrol Opinion survey, among others.
Since 2006, I have developed, coordinated, and assessed the national implementation of the Stay on Track program. Additionally, I have served on the Reviewing Committee for the Society for Prevention Research since 2007 and the American Evaluator Association's Evaluation Use TIG since 2009.
I have a broad range of experience developing logic models, conducting analysis, coordinating assessment, implementing national and corporate initiatives, and serving as a speech instructor. My evaluation experience has focused on assessing adolescent behavior, organizational transitions, customer service, and employee satisfaction. |
