Stay On Track Activity Series

The Stay on Track Activity Series is a 12 lesson program designed specifically for after school clubs, summer camps, and youth organizations. NCPRS developed the Stay on Track Activity Series using key components from the Stay on Track Middle School curriculum.

Training by Experts

NCPRS requires all Stay on Track implementers to be trained. Our training provides the required skills necessary to successfully implement the Stay on Track Activity Series.

Materials

Stay On Track materials include a classroom kit containing all items needed to implement the program.  The Instructor Tool Box contains 12 prepared lesson plans, a CD of audio files, and a DVD containing all necessary slides and videos. Students receive a colorful Driver’s Manual that serves as their workbook during the program, and a Your Turn at the Wheel take-home book to encourage parent and family involvement.  The materials are interactive, encourage group participation, involve role-playing and brainstorming, and address all learning styles and intelligences.

NCPRS Program Support

NCPRS Program Mangers are available to assist your organization in establishing and implementing the Stay on Track Activity Series. They are available for technical support and consultation throughout your implementation period.
NCPRS will include information regarding your organization’s implementation in the monthly Solutions newsletter and on the NCPRS website.

Evaluation:

NCPRS has an optional evaluation component, consisting of student pre and post-program surveys. These surveys measure knowledge, attitude, and intent, and will help your organization determine program success. If you choose this component, NCPRS will statistically evaluate the pre and post-program surveys and provide a report.

Culmination Celebration

NCPRS staff will provide planning tips and resources and help your organization coordinate an exciting culmination celebration to recognize Stay on Track participants.
